1.  Book Master : A simple screen is provided where you enter the complete details of each book/magazine etc. Details include Title, Category, Sub-Category, Author, Co Author, Publisher, Date of Publish, Place of Publish, Format, Pages, Price, Quantity, Location, Procurement Date.

2. Search Option : This is a powerful option. You can search any book on Title, Book Code, Author, Publisher, Category or Sub category basis

3. Member Master : A simple screen is provided by which the name, address, telephone no., email address, company name, category could be stored.

4. Word Interface : The package is interfaced with MS Word. So you can use the package to type documents in MSWord.

Label printing-Categorywise : Through this option you can print addresses of all the persons belonging to a particular category or location.

      Label printing-Selective : Through this option you can print addresses of selective persons

5. Book Issue / Return / Booking : A single option is provided for ease of the Librarian, so that he/she can issue the book, enter return details of book and even can do booking of a book, through one screen. This is a very elegant solution

For issuing a book user can first search for the books inventory, if it exist, than he can issue the book.
For return also the return details of a particular book are searched. If the same title is issued to more than one person, complete details along with member are displayed. User can select the particular member who is returning the book and enter the details.

For Booking a book, user can first search for the inventory, if it doesn’t exist, he can book it for a particular member. You can always search for booking details against any book

6. Appointment Details: This option could be utilised to mark all the appointments with their date, time and details. It is a very elegant option to get appointment details. You can also print the appointment register for each day or a week

7. Website Manager : No need to go to the browser to open a site or search a register, for important site address. Both these features are available in  Website Manager. Store important URL addresses along with their category in this option. Search according to the category and click on the URL to open the site in the web browser

 

Other Features: Use Calculator for all the calculations. Use NotePad for typing.
